Analysis of intestinal flora and environmental microbial diversity of Takifugu rubripes

Takifugu rubripes (T. rubripes) is marine fish rich in protein and essential amino acids. With the continuous development of T. farming, intensive aquaculture has increased infection rate with diseases. To explore relationship between environmental microbial communities gut microbiota, we sequenced 16s rRNA gene V3–V4 region microorganisms water flora rubripes. The results indicated 934 operational taxonomic units for contents samples. A total 31 phyla 498 genera were identified. At phylum level, except Proteobacteria, dominant intestinal Firmicutes, Acidobacteria, Fusobacteria. However, Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria, Patescibacteria. genus included Photobacterium, Arcobacter, Vibrio, Ruminococcaceae. samples mainly Clade_Ia, Rhodobacteraceae, Eutreptiella pomquetensis, Lentibacter, Clade_III, PeM15. Principal component analysis showed that compositions from same source similar. There significant differences microorganisms. Therefore, research tract characteristics main pathogenic bacteria; this could help guide regulation disease prevention aquaculture.
